Thank you for choosing Lunaprayer. We are dedicated to creating beautiful and high-quality jewelry for you. All our products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This policy outlines what is covered and how to make a claim.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. A manufacturing defect is a flaw that occurs during the creation of the piece. This includes:

  • Broken or faulty clasps, closures, or earring posts.
  • Breakage of a chain or setting due to a structural flaw.
  • Stones that have fallen out of their setting due to a defect in construction.
  • Significant and premature defects in plating or finish that are not caused by wear or chemical exposure.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches, scuffs, or the gradual fading of plating over time.
  • Damage resulting from accidents, such as dropping, bending, or snagging the jewelry.
  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals (e.g., lotions, perfumes, sanitizers, chlorine).
  • Tarnishing from exposure to moisture and air, which is a natural process for some metals.
  • Lost or stolen items.
  • Any repairs or modifications performed by a third party other than Lunaprayer.

Special Courtesy: One-Time Bracelet Replacement

We understand that accidents happen. For our string bracelets, if the string breaks due to accidental damage, we offer a one-time courtesy replacement. To receive a new bracelet, you will only need to cover the cost of shipping. Please note, this special offer can be claimed only once per customer. To initiate this replacement, please contact our support team with your original order details.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:

  2. In your email, please include your full name, order number, and a clear photo or video showing the issue.
  3. Our team will assess your claim and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.

Lunaprayer reserves the right to determine if the damage is covered under our warranty policy. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair the item or, if a repair is not possible, we will replace it.
